Refund Policy

1. Current status: purchases not yet enabled

TishMedia is not currently accepting public payments through TishMedia.com. Books listed on the website are coming soon unless a live checkout page states otherwise.

2. Digital-product refund rule

When TishMedia begins selling digital books, digital purchases will generally be final once the file, download link, or other access has been delivered. Digital books cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

That said, we want customers treated fairly. If a duplicate purchase, technical delivery problem, accidental purchase, or other genuine issue occurs, please contact us at will@tishmedia.com and include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

3. Lemon Squeezy / merchant-of-record processing

When checkout is enabled through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Lemon Squeezy’s published documentation states that sellers may set their own refund policies, while Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase, at its own discretion, in order to prevent chargebacks.

Customer payment disputes, chargebacks, and payment-provider rules may therefore be handled through the checkout provider in addition to this TishMedia policy.

4. Physical products

If TishMedia later sells physical books or other physical products, any product page or checkout page may include additional return or shipping terms specific to that product.
